Last month a group of Blackbelt students from the American Institute of Japanese Karate School in Menands volunteered their time at the Capital City Rescue Mission in downtown Albany.  The group was one of the largest the Rescue Mission had seen all year, and was able to serve lunches to over 100 people and bag an additional 600 lunches! These young people were excited to give back to their community and are eager to continuing their volunteer work!
